Shipping & Returns Policy
At KayfiMart, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and safely across Pakistan. Orders are processed within 24 hours, and delivery usually takes 2–3 working days in Islamabad/Rawalpindi and 3–5 working days for other cities. Shipping charges are Rs. 200, while we offer FREE delivery on orders above Rs. 3,000. Our team may contact you via call or WhatsApp to confirm your order before dispatch. We want you to shop with confidence, so you can request a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received, along with proof of purchase. Items that are used, damaged (not due to delivery), without original packaging, or on clearance sale are not eligible for return. If you receive a damaged or wrong item, you must contact us within 24 hours, and we will replace it at no extra cost.
